P2M.pro Tournament Team Ready to Hit the Field?

The big weekend is almost here, and your P2M.pro Team is ready to hit the field! Here are all the important details you need to make sure you are prepared.

🏆 Tournament Information:

Location and Time:
The tournament host releases this information on their site usually 2 to 4 days before the tournament start day. We do not have access to the information before.

Team Arrival:
Arrive at least 1 hour early, or at the time set by your coach, ready to warm up at the location provided by your coach (field number, batting cages, or near concession stand).

Pitchers & Catchers:
Please be ready to throw and receive a few practice pitches for the coach. Every umpire has a different strike zone and your pitching style may determine when you take the mound.

Schedule Updates:
Any last-minute changes will be communicated via email and/or Game Changer. Game times and, on rare occasions, field locations may change due to weather, game delays, or other unexpected events.

⚾ Pool Play (Day 1) Notes:

Batting Lineup: Set for Day 1. Coach sets for Day 2.

Pitchers & Catchers: Maintain low pitch counts to save pitchers for day 2. Walk and passed ball limits apply to maintain a competitive edge.

Player Positions: Based on preferences listed; coaches will do their best to honor these but may adjust as needed for team competitiveness.

Youth Pitching Regulations

MLB Balk Rule: The MLB balk rule will be enforced. When a balk is called, the ball remains live.

Please review the tournament host’s pitch count rules for your age group.

The fake-to-third throw-to-first play is LEGAL for PG Youth events. Pitchers in the windup may have their free foot in any position relative to the rubber.

Perfect Game Daily Limits:
7U–8U: 15 outs OR 50 pitches
9U–10U: 18 outs OR 75 pitches
11U–12U: 18 outs OR 85 pitches
13U–14U: 21 outs OR 95 pitches
Pitchers may finish the current batter after reaching the daily pitch limit.

Perfect Game Event Limits:
7U–14U: 24 outs over 3 days
If more than 9 outs in a day → 2 days rest required
100-pitch max (2–4 day events)
140-pitch max (5+ day events)

Top Gun Consecutive Day Limits (No Pitch Count Limits):
9U – 10U are 7 innings
11U – 12U are 8 innings
13U – 15U are 9 innings
16U – High School has no limit

Pitchers may pitch in multiple games per day if limits are not exceeded.
Once removed, a pitcher may not return to the mound in the same game.
No pitcher may pitch 3 consecutive days or appear in 3 games in a single day.
Coaches get one mound visit per pitcher; on the second visit, pitcher must be replaced.
