All P2M sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any purchases made through our platform due to complex scheduling logistics and the non-refundable nature of registered events hosted by third parties.

Third-Party Vendors:
P2M partners with third-party vendors who offer products and services such as jerseys, gear, and other non-event items. These vendors operate independently and maintain their own refund and return policies. For issues related to these items, please contact the vendor directly for assistance with their specific policies.

Event Cancellations:
Refunds or credits toward future events will only be issued if the event host cancels the event in its entirety. Please note:

• P2M does not control the actions or decisions of event hosts, including cancellations, modifications, or delays.
• If an event begins and at least one inning or session is completed, no refund or credit will be issued—regardless of any subsequent cancellation or change.
• Refunds will not be granted for reasons including but not limited to: weather conditions, scheduling changes, team withdrawals, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Divisional and Age Eligibility:
It is your responsibility to register for the appropriate age group and division (e.g., AAA, Majors). Registrations made in error—without prior approval or authorization—may be denied, and no refund will be issued.

P2M Performance Guidelines and General Rules

All participants, coaches, players, parents, and attendees must adhere to the guidelines and general rules established by P2M and the event host. These rules are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and fair environment for all.

Failure to follow these guidelines and rules may result in disqualification from participation and forfeiture of all fees paid. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Violations include, but are not limited to:

• Non-compliance with event check-in or schedule requirements
• Disrespectful conduct toward staff, officials, or other participants
• Use of prohibited substances or equipment
• Breach of safety protocols or facility rules
• Providing false or misleading player information (age, grade, eligibility, etc.)

Refunds will only be considered in cases of full event cancellation or under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of P2M. All other payments are final once registration is submitted.

By registering for any event or making a purchase through P2M, you agree to abide by these policies in full.
